Putin asserts need for eliminating terrorism in Idleb

Moscow, SANA-Russian President Vladimir Putin reiterated on Tuesday the need for eliminating terrorism in Idleb and other regions in Syria.

“The situation in the de-escalation zone of Idleb stirs our concern as terrorist groups in the area continue their attacks on the sites of Syrian army and Russian troops in Syria,” Putin said at a press conference with President of the Turkish regime Erdogan.

He added that the de-escalation zone of Idleb should not be a resort for terrorists, and many procedures have to be taken to remove terrorist cells in Idleb and other regions in Syria.
