New York, SANA- United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres reiterated that there is no military solution to the crisis in Syria, calling for resuming Geneva talks without preconditions based on the UN Security Council’s resolution no. /2254/.

“There will not be a solution to the crisis in Syria except through positive dialogue,” Guterres said in a press conference at the UN HQ in New York on Tuesday,

The 8^th round of the intra-Syrian dialogue was concluded in Geneva last December.
