Fifth phosphate ship begins loading at Tartous Port for export

Tartous, SANA – Operations began on Monday at Tartous Port to load the fifth vessel with phosphate prepared for export.

Riad Judy, Secretary of Tartous Customs, told SANA’s reporter that the ship will be loaded with approximately 28,000 tons of phosphate originating from Homs Governorate, destined for Romania.

Judy highlighted the significance of phosphate export traffic in contributing to boosting the economic cycle.
