Australian-Syrian Business Network established in Sydney

Sydney-SANA- The Australian-Syrian Business Network was established in Sydney, Australia, as a Non-Profit Organization serving as a bridge for trade and support of Syrian economy.

The Chairman of the Network’s Board of Directors, Ali Ramadan, told SANA that the network aims to connect Syrian businessmen and businesswomen in Australia with their counterparts in Syria, enhance trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.

The network aims at “activating the role of the Syrian community in supporting their homeland’s economy through practical initiatives and real partnerships, and contributing to stimulating economic development in Syria”, Ramadan said.

According to Ramadan, the network seeks to “establish new projects in Syria through the exchange of expertise and knowledge, facilitate investment opportunities, and joint work, and connect Syrian companies with opportunities for expansion in the Australian market”.
