Damascus, SANA-President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. (115) of 2025 establishing the Supreme Council for Economic Development, which aims to achieve economic stability in Syria, and to revitalize and develop it.
The decree also aims to establish an economic map covering the entire Syrian geography through full oversight of numerous economic bodies, organizations, and institutions operating within the framework of the state’s economic plan, and to approve general strategies and plans related to investment.
