Washington, SANA- Terrorists of so-called “the Islamic State in Iraq and Sham” ISIS claimed responsibility of beheading a second American journalist in a videotape published on websites.
“The video which is titled, A second message to the US, shows American journalist Steven Sotloff , 31, kneels on his knees and wearing an orange T-shirt while a veiled gunman carrying a knife behind him, AFP quoted the American Center for monitoring the Islamic sites as saying on Tuesday.
For its part, the White house announced it will investigate the correctness of the video.
ISIS terrorists beheaded American journalist James Foley during the last month.
