Moscow, SANA- Russian President’s Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, discussed with Syria’s Ambassador in Moscow Riyad Haddad issues related to the preparations for Astana talks on the crisis in Syria.
Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday that talks during the meeting focused on the importance of guaranteeing that Astana meeting would be a fruitful to the utmost limit.
Talks are scheduled to be held in Astana next Monday to help moving the settlement process of the crisis in Syria.
