Syrian-Turkish discussions on the possibility of improving sports cooperation

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Sports and Youth, Mohammad Samih Hamid discussed on Sunday with the Turkish Chargé d’Affaires in Syria, Burhan Koroglu, ways to enhance sports cooperation between Syria and Turkey.

The meeting focused on developing Syrian sports through joint training programs, improving infrastructure, and providing modern sports equipment.

The discussions between the two sides also addressed learning from Turkey’s experience in organizing sporting events, exchanging expertise, and holding training camps aimed at supporting Syrian athletes.
