Syrians in Hungary reiterate rejection of Israel’s decision to annex occupied Golan

Budapest, SANA- Members of the Syrian community in Hungary and the Forum for Syria reiterated their rejection and condemnation of the illegal Israeli decision of 1981 on annexing the occupied Syrian Golan, considering it as “null and void”.

In a statement issued Sunday on the 33rd anniversary of the ominous Israeli decision, they expressed solidarity with the resilience of the Syrian people in the occupied Golan in the face of the arbitrary practices of the occupation forces, appreciating their adherence to their Syrian Arab identity.

The statement affirmed that the Zionist entity will not be able to undermine the will of the Syrians and that the cultural and historic image of the Syrian people in the Golan will not be abolished by grudges, conspiracies, rockets or shells or through supporting the takfiri machineries who attack the Syrian Arab army in Quneitra.

The statement indicated that the latest Israeli aggression on two safe areas in Damascus Countryside is a part and parcel of the sinister conspiracy hatched against Syria with the aim of undermining its national stances in support of the resistance.

It hailed the sacrifices of the Syrian martyred military personnel and civilians, and it wished a quick recovery for all the wounded, calling for releasing all the kidnapped.
