Beirut, SANA- Syria’s Ambassador to Lebanon, Ali Abdul-Karim, discussed with head of the Resistance Scholars Union, Sheikh Maher Hammoud, the situation in Syria and Lebanon and the continued war against terrorism in Syria.

The two sides, during their meeting on Tuesday, touched upon the Syrian National Dialogue Congress, held in the Russian city of Sochi last month and the victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army in its war against terrorism in several areas.

Later, Abdul-Karim discussed with Leader of Lebanese Union Party, former Minister Abdulrahim Murad the situation in Syria and Lebanon.
