EU Demands Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza

Brussels , SANA-The leaders of the EU member states called for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

During their meeting in Brussels on Thursday, the leaders indicated that ”discussions would continue regarding a report on Israel’s compliance with its obligations under the agreement with the EU”.

“The council demanded an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and the unconditional release of all hostages, paving the way for a permanent end to hostilities”

In a statement released by the leaders following their discussion on the Middle East situation in Brussels, they declared.
