Geneva, SANA- Social Affairs and Labor Minister, Hind Kabwat, and Jordanian Labor Minister, Khaled al-Bakkar, discussed Wednesday a number of issues related to social security on the sidelines of International Labor Conference held in Geneva.
The meeting touched on enhancing cooperation in the fields of labor and social security, exchange of expertise, youth rehabilitation methods and creating job opportunities.
“The meeting also discussed other issues, such inspection system, setting up electronic platform for receiving labor complaints, and the mechanism of partnership with private sector regarding establishment of academies to train and qualify youth to address the needs of labor market.
The 113th session of International Labor Conference began on June 2nd at UN headquarters in Geneva, with the aim of discussing the most important issues related to labor market and social rights.
