Damascus, SANA-Mr. Mohammed al-Sakaf, Minister of Administrative Development, met with Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Qatari Embassy in Damascus, to discuss avenues for bilateral cooperation and explore new areas.
During their meeting at the ministry on Sunday, a comprehensive overview of the ministry’s plans and operations was presented.
The discussion highlighted the key challenges facing efforts to enhance institutional performance in Syria and outlined ongoing programs aimed at boosting the efficiency of government administration. These initiatives are designed to positively impact the quality of public services and the effectiveness of state institutions.
For his part, the Qatari Chargé d’Affaires affirmed Qatar’s active and supportive role in Syria. He expressed his country’s keen interest in expanding the scope of cooperation, exchanging expertise, and opening new horizons for partnership in the field of administrative development.
The meeting served as a platform to reaffirm the shared desire to build impactful, qualitative partnerships that achieve sustainable results and contribute to establishing a modern administration founded on efficiency and transparency.
