Kallas: The EU has taken a decision to lift sanctions imposed on Syria

Brussels, SANA- High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, affirmed that the EU had taken a decision to lift sanctions imposed on Syria.

“We have taken a decision to remove economic sanctions imposed on Syria,” Kallas said in a tweet on X.

She added “we want to help the Syrians build a peaceful, comprehensive and new Syria.”
