President al-Assad issues law on organizing and licensing kindergartens

Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Monday Law no.3 for 2015 on organizing and licensing kindergartens.

The law specifies the aims of kindergartens, the required measures to establish them and the penalties imposed on violators of this law.
