Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop while remaining above average from 2 to 5 degrees as the country is affected by the superficial low air pressure from the southeast accompanied by southwestern air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department said in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be hot and clear in general, some scattered clouds will appear, it will be very hot dusty and misty in the eastern and al-Badia “semi-desert” regions, while the weather becomes fair at night, moderate in mountainous areas with an increase in surface humidity, especially in coastal regions.
The wind will be western to southwestern with a low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 37/22, Homs 35/21, Hasaka 38/21, Lattakia 33/25, Aleppo 36/23 and Deir Ezzor 38/24.
