DAMASCUS, (SANA) The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Monday set the exchange rate of the USD against the SYP at 189 for banks and at SYP 189.06 for currency exchange companies.

CBS also set the exchange rate of the USD for intervention purposes at SYP 189.11.

CBS set the exchange rate of the Euro against the SYP at 235.40 for banks and at SYP 235.47 for currency exchange companies and 235.93 for intervention purposes.
