In honor of the martyrs, Syrian traveler arrives in Tehran

Tehran, SANA- Coming from the Syrian city of Deir Ezzor on foot, traveller Khalifa al-Hussein arrived in Tehran and he was welcomed by Syrian Ambassador to Iran Shafiq Dayoub.

“The journey was in honour of the martyrs of the Syrian Arab Army and martyrs of the Resistance, among whom are Martyr Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis”,  traveller al-Hussein said in a statement to SANA correspondent .

The traveller set off from Deir Ezzor passing Iraq where he visited the martyrdom place of General Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis then he continued his journey to Iran-Iraq border as he was received by Deputy commander-in- chief of the Islamic Revolution, General Ali Fedavi.
