Russian forces: 20 percent of the territory of Kharkov province liberated

Moscow, SANA- Head of the Civil Military Administration of the Kharkov region in northeastern Ukraine, Vitaly Ganchev, announced the liberation of about 20 percent of the territory of the province from the forces and mercenaries of the Kyiv regime by Russian forces.

“So far, four regions have been liberated in the Kharkov province, namely Volchansky, Izyumsky, Kubansky and Kharkovsky,” RT website quoted Ganchev as saying.

He noted that it is difficult to give an accurate figure now because the front lines are moving constantly.

Ganchev affirmed the availability of electricity, water and communications in all liberated areas despite the Ukrainian army’s bombing of infrastructure and power stations that feed cities, which leads to power and water outages in some villages.
