“To Keep Them Warm”…a volunteer campaign to help displaced families

Damascus, SANA- On the occasion of the International Volunteer Day, a group of youths launched a volunteer campaign titled “To Keep Them Warm” to deliver clothes to displaced families at makeshift residential centers.

Mustafa Addas, who is in charge of the campaign, said in statement to SANA Youth Bulletin that the campaign will see distribution of winter clothes and shoes and blankets to the families who were forced to flee their homes to escape the terrorist groups’ acts.

He called for interacting and communicating with the campaign through social media to get familiar with its goals and contribute to improving its services.

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first campaign, as many volunteer youth teams have launched several initiatives since the outset of the terrorist war against Syria in 2011 to provide financial and psychological support to the needy and displaced families.
