Made in Syria expo for clothing and textiles kicks off

Damascus, SANA – The Made in Syria expo for clothing, textiles, and production requirements kicked off on Friday at the Fairgrounds, with the participation of around 100 local companies.

The four-day expo features a wide range of clothing for men, women, and children, in addition to lingerie, hosiery, leather products, all sorts of textiles, and production requirements.

Member of Aleppo Chamber of Commerce board of directors Mohammad Zezan said that more than 300 businessmen from outside Syria have been invited to attend the expo in order to find new markets for local products.

Made in Syria is organized by the Federation of Chambers of Industry and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, in cooperation with the Clothing and Textiles Exporters Association.
