Damascus, SANA – Russian Ambassador in Damascus Alexander Efimov referred to the possibility that the Russian Cultural Center in Damascus would reopen before the end of the current year.
Efimov pointed out in an interview with Russian News Agency of TASS that work is being done for reopening the Russian Cultural Center in Damascus, which “has played an important role in the cultural life of the Syrian Capital, as we had to close it during the crisis.”
He continued to say that some technical and organizational matters should be done before the reopening, hoping that the Center is expected to restart activities before the end of the year.
