One thousand students participate in Childhood Festival in Homs

Homs, SANA- Dancing shows and various artistic sections embodying the victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army against terrorism and the deep-rooted heritage of Homs province were performed during the Annual Childhood Festival held in Ekrima al-Makhzoumi School in Homs province.

One thousand male and female students participated in the festival which was accompanied by an expo showcasing their main products over several months as they were displayed at the gallery, the hall and the courtyards of the school according to a beautiful artistic arrangement.

The School Principal Fatima al-Hussein told SANA that talented children were trained on different types of arts such as singing, music, expressionist dancing, drawing, sculpturing and others.

The festival, according to trainer Rasha al-Tawil, included artistic sections expressing the participants admiration and appreciation of the heroism and victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army over terrorism, in addition to sport activities and folkloric dancing shows.
