Update-two children injured due to shelling attack in Damascus Countryside

Damascus Countryside, SANA-Two children were injured as the armed groups targeted with shells al-Wafideen Camp in Damascus Countryside.

A source at Damascus Countryside Police Command said that the armed groups fired two shells on al-Wafideen Camp, injuring two children and causing material damage to public and private properties.

The armed groups also fired a shell on al-Iskan (Housing) Suburb within the Camp, causing only material damage, the source added.

Units of the Syrian Arab Army responded with appropriate weapons to the sites from which the shells were launched in Eastern Ghouta, inflicting heavy losses upon the armed groups’ ranks and destroying a number of their launching pads.


Meanwhile, Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists fired rocket shells on civilians’ homes in al-Baath city in Quneitra.

“The terrorists who are positioned in al-Hamidiya village in the western part of the province targeted the city with a rocket shell which fell into the Labor Housing neighborhood, causing property damage,” SANA’s correspondent reported.
