Eighteen Army and Law Enforcement Martyrs Laid to Rest

GOVERNORATES, (SANA) –Eighteen Army and law-enforcement personnel martyrs on Saturday were escorted from Tishreen Military and Police Hospitals in Damascus, and Zahi Azraq Military Hospital in Lattakia to their final resting place.

The martyrs were killed in the line of duty by armed terrorist groups in Homs, Daraa, Damascus Countryside and Idleb.

Solemn processions were held for the martyrs, as the music of "The Martyr" and "The Farewell" was playing.

Captain Luai Abdul-Rahim Naama from Hama.

First Lieutenant Mohammad Ali Khalouf form Hama.

First Warrant Officer Ammar Mohammad Akel, from Lattakia.

First Warrant Officer Ramez Mahmoud Salman, from Lattakia.

Warrant Officer Ibrahim Ali Ahmad from Idleb.

Sergeant Majd Abdul-Karim Kalthoum from Hama.

Sergeant Hussein Ali Mohammad, from Lattakia

Conscript Hisham Khalaf Shwerikh from al-Hasaka.

Conscript Abd Khalif al-Obied from Aleppo.

Conscript Mohsen Shibli Salam from Sweida.

Conscript Rifaat Taresh al-Dakkak from Sweida

Conscript Nidal Khalil al-Hassan from Aleppo.

Conscript Ramadan Hassan al-Shahwan from Dir Ezzor

Conscript Abdul-Kader Mohammad al-Hamdou from al-Rakka

Conscript Hami Jamal al-Hussein al-Olies from Aleppo.

Conscript Eyaz Abdul-Karim Mohammad from al-Hasaka.

Conscript Mohammad Khaled al-Kour from Aleppo.

The martyrs' families expressed pride in the martyrdom of their sons, asserting that the blood of the martyrs will protect Syria and make it stronger in the face of challenges.

The martyrs' relatives hailed the role of the Syrian army in maintaining the security and stability of the homeland, expressing confidence of the ability of the Syrian people to overcome the crisis through their unity and rallying around their leadership, asserting that Syria will foil all the conspiracies hatched against it.
