Metal Pin Removed out of Little Girl's Lung in Homs

Homs, Central Syria, (SANA)-A team of doctors at the National Hospital in Homs succeeded in removing a metal pin out of a 14-year-old girl's lung. Surgeon Suheil Latifa said a bronchoscopy device was used to remove the pin from the girl's lung out through her mouth.

The operation lasted for more than two hours and was performed under general anesthesia. Latifa assured that the girl is now in good health after passing through a critical condition.
