4th Session of the meeting of the Syrian-Emirates Committee Wraps up

Abu Dhabi, (SANA)- The Syrian-United Arab Emirates Committee held its 4th session in Abu Dhabi co-chaired by Finance Minister Mohammed al-Hussein and his Emirati counterpart Obeid Hamid al-Tayer.

During the meeting on Tuesday, the two sides stressed importance of the exchanged visits on the level of the leaderships of the two countries in giving impetus for developing relations between the two countries.

The two sides reviewed the available opportunities for joint cooperation in various domains, and stressed necessity of exerting efforts to upgrade this cooperation in various economic, trade, investment and technical domains.

Al-Hussein and al-Tayer signed a number of memos of understanding and agreements in various domains and agreed on holding the meetings of the 5th session of the committee in Damascus during 2010.
