Tehran,(SANA)-Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Abdullah al-Dardari and the accompanying delegation paid a field visit to Iran Khodro Diesel Factory for Manufacturing Cars and Spare Parts onTuesday .

Al-Dardari inspected the lines of the production of small and big vehicles and the production of spare parts.

He listened to a detailed explanation about the work of the factory, its departments, production, and the possibility of benefiting from the experience of those who work in the factory and the techniques of this factory in making cars and spare parts in Syria, the thing which is very necessary because Syria goes towards activating the lines of producing cars and their spare parts locally in order to develop the national economy.

The Syrian delegation was briefed on the way of benefiting from gas as a substitute for petrol in the industry of modern cars in order to economize the consumption and to preserve the environment .

Al-Dardari talked about the progress in cars industry in Syria and the qualitative leaps which have been achieved by the national cars factory, saying that the commitment to the standards of the international quality is considered very important to preserve the national industries and their competition with the similar industries.
