Ankara (SANA)- Coordinator of the Syrian-Turkish regional cooperation program projects Sarab Ozan announced on Wednesday that cooperation between Syria and Turkey has witnessed a notable development due to the projects which have been carried out by the program since it was established in 2006.

During a meeting held on April 15th She said in a statement to reporters that the program which was established in cooperation with the Syrian and Turkish State Planning Commissions agreed on funding thirteen projects with a volume of 1.6 Turkish Liras.

She added that the program of Syrian-Turkish regional cooperation during the period between 8 September and 31 October 2008 announced 41 calls for tenders of different projects and 13 of these projects in the fields of infrastructure, culture, tourism, and artistic cooperation were agreed on.
