Redawi Discusses in Kuwait Cooperation with Economic Development and Growth Funds

KUWAIT, SANA- Chairman of the State Planning Commission Taysir al-Redawi discussed with officials of Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development and Arab Fund for Economic and Social Growth means of activating the financial and technical cooperation between the two sides.
Talks also dealt with importance of speeding up the implementation of drawing Tiger's water to al-Hassakieh city and Euphrates water to Palmyra city, in addition to other developmental projects in Syria.
The two new grants aim at renewing and modernizing the studies which were set up for these two projects, where the Kuwaiti Fund offered KD 300,000 for drawing Tiger's water and the Arab Fund offered KD 500,000 to Euphrates water.
