Aleppo, (SANA) – Governor of Aleppo Ali Mansoura on Sunday discussed with Governor of Turkish state Denizli, Yavuz Erkmen and the accompanying delegation the economic relations and possibility of carrying out investment projects between Syria and Turkey.

Mansoura pointed out to the importance of historical relations connecting the two peoples underlining necessity of establishing strategic cooperation between Syria and Turkey.

He added that the two countries should benefit from the available capabilities of both sides, particularly in the economic and tourism sectors through exchanging expertise and visits in addition to carrying out joint economic and tourism projects.

For his part, Erkmen underlined the importance of expanding cooperation to cover all Syrian and Turkish cities in a way that activates the role of businessmen and investors of both countries and utilizes capacities of both countries.
