Tehran,(SANA)- Assistant Secretary General of Baath Arab Socialist Party, Abdullah al-Ahmar, discussed yesterday with Chairman of the Iranian National Trust Party , the standing bilateral partisan relations and ways of boosting them.

Al-Ahmar reviewed during the meeting the Baath Party stances with regard to the overall developments and events in the region stressing the importance of the standing bilateral relations of friendship between the two countries.

For his part, Krobi praised Syria's role in the region and its support to the resistance and care for boosting relations of friendship with Iran , stressing the necessity for opening new prospects for the relations between the two parties and friendly peoples.
