Damascus, SANA- Rector of Damascus Universities Wael Moalla and Rector of Tehran University Farhad Rahban signed a memo of understanding on developing joint cultural and academic exchange in the fields of education and scientific research.

The memorandum cited on cooperation in exchanging activities, programs and joint researches.

After that, Moalla and Rahban visited the building of Persian Language Department at Faculty of Arts at Damascus University.
