Damascus (SANA) – Syrian Armed Forces on Monday celebrated the 47th anniversary of the glorious March 8th Revolution.

During the celebration, military commanders delivered speeches through which they highlighted the importance of the revolution which laid the foundation for struggle and radical changes in order to meet the aspirations of the Arab nation.

They also talked about the military capabilities of the Syrian Armed Forces and the process of development under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad who leads the national and pan-Arab struggle in face of the Zionist plots against the Arab nation.

The military commanders asserted that Syria has always called for realizing stability and solving problems through the constructive dialogue, preserving the right of the nation to resist occupation.
