Damascus,(SANA)- A media official  announced  that a car  bomb exploded at 8:45 this morning on the southern highway  in  Damascus in an area busy with civilian pedestrians near the crossing of Lady Zeinab and led to the killing of 17 civilians and wounding 14 others. The source added that the car bomb was loaded with 200 kg of explosives , and the central combating terrorism unit is in charge of the investigation to identify the terrorists. A.N.Idebi
