 Secretary General of  Nasserite Democratic Movement in  Lebanon Khaled al-Rawas  has underlined that Syria under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad will remain the safeguard of the Arab nation in the face of  foreign dangers and sure guarantee to restore all Arab rights.

 For his part, Secretary General of Lebanese Vanguards Party Youssef  Safwan  stressed yesterday that results of the referendum affirmed confidence of the people in the  wise leadership of President al-Assad.

  Lebanese MP Michel Aoun stressed the importance of establishing good relations with Syria as to serve the mutual interests of both countries.

 In a press conference held yesterday in Paris, Aoun rejected all the accusations against Syria regarding Fatah al-Islam .

 The Syrian community in France and Sweden expressed amity, loyal and congratulations to President Bashar al-Assad on the occasion of referendum and his election as President of Syria for a second constitutional term.
