Homs, SANA –Over 100 schools in the neighborhoods of the old city of Homs have been the target of sabotage and destruction by the armed terrorist groups causing a loss of SYP 1,140 billion, the Education Department Committee tasked with estimating damages due to terrorism.
In a statement to SANA, the committee said that 20 schools have been affected at their constructional safety and they need to be reconstructed, while more than 80 schools need maintenance.
