Russian MoD: A Ukrainian weapons depot , seven military installations destroyed

Moscow, SANA- The Russian Defense Ministry’s Spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov, has announced that, using high-precision Onyx missiles, a depot of weapons and ammunition received from the US and European countries was destroyed at a military airport near Odessa city in southern Ukraine, in addition to destroying the airport runway.

Major General Konashenkov said in a press briefing on Sunday that high-precision air missiles launched by the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed seven military facilities in Ukraine.

He added that the operational and tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces also destroyed two Ukrainian S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems, in addition to shelling ammunition and fuel depots, as well as fifteen strongholds and gathering areas for personnel and equipment, adding that up to 140 personnel were eliminated in these strikes.

Konashenkov said that the Russian missile and artillery forces bombed 786 deployment areas of the armed forces and military equipment of the Ukrainian forces, 24 command centers and three depots of missile, artillery and ammunition weapons in the Groshevakha region.

He added that up to 200 personnel were eliminated and a battery of multiple rocket launchers and up to 20 units of Military equipment were destroyed.

The Russian air defense systems also shot down two Su-24M launchers of the Air Force in several regions, and according to the statement, two Ukrainian Tochka –U ballistic missiles were shot down

The statement pointed out that the Kyiv authorities are preparing a brutal provocation by bombing civilians who will be evacuated from Kharkov and accusing the Russian army.
