Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued legislative decree No.13 for 2019 stipulating for granting an honor card called “the card of homeland’s injured ” for those sustaining disability estimated at 40% and above due to the war or military operations or at the hands of terrorists or enemy elements.

The decree covers the Army and Armed Forces personnel, Internal Security Forces personnel and anyone who was injured while fighting under command of the army.

Those who receive the honor card can benefit from medical , educational , and financial facilitations and services.
